I don't know yet when my quit date is but I will do that in the next couple of days. What I would like to know right now is how do I set up a profile like you all have on here with a picture and stuff? Probably just haven't gotten to that part of the program yet?? Maybe?? I think I'm a little apprehensive yet anyway of actually setting a quit date.
Okay already how'd I miss this did somebody try to sneak Terry past
me or am I sleeping at the switch.Any how welcome aboard Terry your
sister Kelly is an awesome quitter in my eyes and will set a very
good example.
Pst. Kelly did I say that right. ;p

You're moving in the right direction, terry. It will not be in the forefront of your mind only after you've quit for a while. Then, like Kelly just found, it really does go away. Let us know when your quit date is, okay? :)

On my second day for my smoking Diary. I already pretty much know where and when I smoke since I've been preparing for this for over a month now and cutting down drastically. The support on this site is amazing and I am just folling this program word for word because I seem to not be able to quite put them down. I'll be glad when this is not so in the forefront of my mind all the time.
