Hey everybody thank you so much! I don't know what my reward is. Good enough for me to know that I have befriended some wonderful people in the last year. Do I get to be profound now? I'll try to be simple :) When you say to yourself that you "can't take it" or you "can't do this" remind yourself that you are taking it and you are doing this, so why tell yourself that you can't?
Have a great year everyone! Smoke free is the way to be.

Congratulations 007 Freedom Fighter.
You have done one whole year smoke-free.
Be very proud, it is quite an achievement.

Immense Audrey!
You took it on, you recognised other issues, you dealt with them and here you stand at one year smokefree - what a winner!!
My Best Wishes
