I think it's important to set little goals too, anna! I also spent a LOT of money on rewarding! LOL!
I also think that rewarding is very very very important!!
I'm now setting up rewards for weight loss as well. The obvious with weight loss is new cloths, but I also have my eye on a trip to my massage therapist! Finances willing, I plan to go there every 25 pounds.
