Kristilu, I haven't met anyone yet that said a cave helped or made them feel better. Next time, deep breaths, come here if you can and ask for help. Wait for replies. I am so glad you are starting again, watch that meter add up and reward yourself. ASK FOR HELP - read read read. I was doing so good, I know it was only 2 days, but it was alot to me. I have had severe craving issues both days right after work. I don't know what it is, yesterday I hammered the fence and recovered. But, today, there was an issue at the babysitters and I got angry and I caved. I will not lie, I think I smoked 3 in a row, but I'm done. I feel like I cheated on myself. I've been working so hard this week, I just have to figure out how to cope in situations where I can't just take off running and don't have water in my hand. What I should've done is just breathe about 20 times and i probably would have shaken it. I will go again tomorrow. I'm sorry I let everyone down and especially myself, but I am getting back on the horse. I hate this feeling of addiction. I know I am a better person that any addiction.
