Definitely time for a reward, and a good one, too! That first week is hell, that's why it's called hell week. And the second week is no day at the beach, either. If it was, it would be called day at the beach week! Ha! I still kill me.

Keep going, keep rewarding and spoiling yourselves. Your body will tell you what you need, if you listen. It might be rest, exercise, time alone, someone to talk to, a reward, whatever, but it is NEVER a smoke!
