.. is to help everybody quit and stay quit! In my opinion, this is best done by a combination of factors: 1) Read how others have succeeded 2) Form a support group with those who quit at the same time as you 3) Bond with 'older' quitters. Their experience may help you with your quit. 4) Support others. Especially at times when things aren't going well for you - spend time helping other people! A great way to forget your own troubles. I wish you well in your quits - best wishes and goodbye :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 694 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 20,820 Amount Saved: 5,205.00 Life Gained: Days: 113 Hrs: 4 Mins: 27 Seconds: 11
