Just a quick update whilst I have chance. Grace was given the all clear as the culture they grew was negative of ecoli. Which is great news. It means no more needles into bladders or anything and the canula has been taken off, which means she is no longer damaging herself with it. Thanks for all the kind thoughts. Looks like it worked! Well my reward kind of got sorted out. For making 200 days smoke free I got an electric toothbrush. I wasn't expecting anything. So I was a bit shocked by it. Also, those detectives amongst you will know that it isn't day 200 yet! So if I screw it up within the next couple of days I will have to give it back. Not that I am planning on doing that of course. Big shout out to Kristilu who keeps getting on the quit! Just like I did until I found one that lasted more than 5 days. I am willing you on from the sidelines and I see you already have a great friend base. Gen, nice to see you. Hi everybody, well it seems I missed a whole bunch of messages last night. Good news is that my sister texted me to tell me she is now discharged awaiting culture tests, which take a while. So while Grace is not in the clear yet, she gets to be in good surroundings instead of being in hospital. This means that I may see her soon and do my cheering up trick. Waa waa woo woo? Woo woo waa waa! :) I'll take some more snaps when I get chance. Lizzie, I think you are onto a winner there. I shall wait. Maybe make 6 month, 200 days and 7 months a reward all rolled into one. Bear, I had wondered if the 33 year old female was your reward too :D :D One day bear, one day. I got to practice not turning bright red like a tomato first. I think Greger had the right idea about feinting on the spot! :) On the day front, I really am getting close to 200 days. My dad thinks this is more important than 6 months, being metric and all that. BC, what can I say? I am really proud of you for leading the way. I guess I am following the blue light!
