Dito to what Kelly said. That darn junkie is sneeky so watch out and hold on it will pass. You are so worth the quit. The junkie does not like to see anyone win, so stay with the winners and to heck with him. Good idea, ILML! Stay here where it's safe. Well...safe from smoking. ;) Remember your basic coping skills from those early days and get back to them... deep breaths, water, stretching, reading, posting, journaling, walking, nibbling, chewing on straws, baths, sleeping...whatever it takes. It's nicotine withdrawal time but you've been thru it before and I know you can do it! Hang tough! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 131 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,930 Amount Saved: $766.35 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 21 Mins: 44 Seconds: 38

Today is my first day off the patch(only because I forgot to put one on) and I'm having the worst craving of my whole quit. My junkie rationalizations are actually seeming more plausible than ever before. The junkie in me is wanting just one puff, even just a quick cigar...I'm going to stay on this site until this craving leaves. 1 puff away from a pack a day.
