I was sick of the cycle too. I kept telling myself there was no way I was starting over again. Made a difference for me. Be sick enough of it to hang on when the tough times come.

This quit is going good so far. I really like using the thrive lozenges as they keep me from eating everything in sight. Hubby is doing great...we are both determined to quit for good this time. We're sick of the quit/relapse cycle.
