I guess you see that it happens to most of us. Are you rewarding yourself for accomplishing this? I think it' simportant to do that because it stimulates the dopamine neurotransmitters, the "feel good" brain chemicals, that nicotine used to. You're doing great. Just remember, if you smoke you will crave again in 20 minutes...and on and on. Just keep not smoking and the urges will go away. Honest. Are you, or were you, using any nicotine replacement aids?
