Well, we've already quit smoking, so does anyone have anything else they're going to work on in 2008?
Personally, i've never ever set a News Years Resolution... Until this year. I resolve in 2008 to stick with the Weight Watchers plan. I haven't set any weight loss goals at all - what comes off, comes off, but I am going to go to my meetings, drink my water, and write down everything I eat!
Along with "Not One Puff Ever" my mantra will be "If you Bite it, Write it!"
