So good to see this, one year is huge...I remember thinking in the beginning how long a year really was...In the end it was 365 days (I should have suspected that), but this recovery is so deeply in the mind that that type of rationale dosen't work...What does work is having faith in yourself one minute, one hour and one day at a time.
