Lizzardfreak, I don't dare take one puff. It would do me in even if it tasted bad. Anyway, you just had a tiny slip and you know it taste like crap...so stay on track. Hang in there and it will get better. Lizzaedfreak1, You are early in your quit and that will probably save you! Why did you even give in and have a puff????? And now that you know they taste like crap, and make you cough, and make you nauseous, what is new that you didn't already know? Nothing. So, take that experience and save it in the memory bank, under, reasons not to have a drag. Close the door behind you, and don't look back, vow to never have another puff again.... Smoking is not an option, NOT ONE PUFF EVER! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 296 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,400 Amount Saved: $3,122.80 Life Gained: Days: 36 Hrs: 3 Mins: 56 Seconds: 12

Hey, Lizzardfreak; good to see you here! I had a quick drag from a cigarette when I was trying to quit before, and just like you, I felt bad about it... So this time, I'm not going back even for one drag! NOPE! Don't feel too bad about it though... If it tasted and felt bad, it just shows that now you see how the situation really is, and we're good enough to be quitting all that. Anytime you feel like you might lose it again, post here and I'll be there to back you up, buddy!
