6 Hours in a smoked filled car! :8o: :gasp: There is nothing like putting yourself to the test. Well done. Geez - I bet it felt a bit strange. It is good to remind yourself of these milestones. You've got the beach towels and the mug - excellent. Be very proud. We are certainly proud of you. Its a new quit week in the world of JDK so hence a new thread :) Continuing on. I would like to thank everyone who contributed their dental stories. I still feel kind of good about not having to worry how long I could not smoke for after the extraction. Thats a plus of not smoking that you wouldn't really think about. Still concentrating on the positives for another moment. I made it 6 hrs in a smokefilled car yesterday. Without actually smoking myself. Especially as my favourite brand were just sitting there a few centimetres from my right hand. The beach towels arrive last night and I have to say they are very bright. I also got a pressie from my family for making 150 days which was a wallace and gromit tea mug with 'Job well done' on the side of it. As I drink a lot of tea, it will come in very handy. Still living for this moment only, and still 'up' and hopefully feeding some of the good vibes back to my SSC friends. Shout outs go to the new month quitting clubs. Goofy, Jodi and co are very close to the ship right now. Way to go guys. Kind Regards Kev (still not smoking and currently proud of it) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 154 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,850 Amount Saved: 646.80 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 7 Mins: 13 Seconds: 20
