Glad you were able to pop in. You must be so proud of yourself! Congrats on those four months, on the one hand I am sorry to hear they have been so rough (I can't even imagine) but at the same time, girl, you have passed with flying colors. If there was ever a doubt in your mind of what you can do...you've put those doubts safely behind you.
Also, a BIG benefit is that you have been fully present for your family as you've gone through these trials. As smokers we are always in two places at once and never fully in either. We always had to keep in mind when our next smoke would be, how we would get it, blah blah blah. It sucks up a lot of our mental and physical energy. You've now been able to give that energy to the things that really needed it.
