Rebecca, You right you do have to keep your mind off of it. Do you have a hobby? I understand that you can not do much with your injury. Try some relaxation techniques such as breathing, hot bath or reading. Perhaps you can try writing down your feelings as well. Please try our Panic Program. Many individuals have advised of it's success and helpfulness. Keep Strong, Josie _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

How to cope with the fear of being alone? I am sitting here and can feel the anxiety building up. I'll be here for hours till the kids get home from school. I can't go anywhere because with the neck injury I can't walk far like in a store or anything so I'm kinda stuck in this house. I know I gotta get my mind off it or I'm going to have problems. Anyone have any suggestions? Even telling myself it's silly because I was fine yesterday and the day before that and so on isn't helping because again it's focusing on the problem. :(
