Gin, Getting through 'Hell Week' is just that, hell. You can do it stay positives and fight those cravings with cold water, snacks, a walk, any thing to distract yourself. Use positive self talk and keep saying NOPE. Brenna, Bilingual Support Specialist

Hi everybody Well I'm into Day 3 and hanging in there. Made it through Day 2 without too many hitches. I did have an urge to buy a pack of smokes last night when I was at the movies but I talked myself out of it. I kept saying NOPE. It's a catchy little saying. I hope Day 3 will ease through. I've got to have a positive attitude to make it easy.
