Thank's you guys! xoxoxoxoxoxo
Posting my 1 month quit was only my firstreward. It feels really good to be able to say it to people who really understand what it means.
I rewarded myself plenty for those of you worried :)
I went out to lunch with a wonderful friend, and then we took a walk on the beach (in the rain). After that I went over to Macy's and got a really beautiful wool wrap (I was cold!), and even though it looks sophisticated, it felt like I was running around today with a blankie-- very soothing. I worked for just a little while, then went to a beautiful candlelight service and said a prayer of thanksgiving. All and all a pretty good 30 days!
