Hey Rockstar, the depression is normal too! Lots of us got hit with that. There's been a few threads on it this week. I found Vitamin B complex really helped and I also took Vitamin B12 (1000mcp) on days that were tough! If that doesn't ehlp, see your Doc, but keep in mind that it too, is temporary and it will ease up! Remember to reward yourself! :) I am glad you're sticking kicking ash with us!
