Hang in, Bibbles. The junkie will have a tantrum around now, because it's starting to look like you're serious. Just keep doing what you're doing, because you've been doing it for 8 days & it works.
Here's my hand, take it. Get your list of quitting reasons & keep it in your other hand & you can't light up now.
A bath always worked for me because I knew I wouldn't go out for smokes naked with my hair wet. Maybe try that (the bath, not the going out naked with your hair wet), with some deep breathing & soothing music.
And, Bibbles, tomorrow, when you've gotten through this, get yourself a nice little reward, and congratulate yourself on 9 days smoke-free.
