Hello, I have just found this site tonight and it looks like it will be a great help in my struggle. I quit smoking August 4, 2007 with the help of Champix,. I have been having a very hard time the last couple weeks. I slipped last week and smoked a cig. I am now using nicorette inhaler and thrive lozenge. 1 mg. This is an up hill battle. But I so want to be a non smoker. +just go away cravings.+ Its hard after smoking for 42 years. Gramof4 :8o:

Sam welcome back. As a repeater I know and understand what you are feeling right now. First of all you did NOT fail, you are here and you are doing something about it. You only fail when you stop trying. Understand what went wrong and be on the watch for those moments. The monster doesn't change his approach, but WE can. Each time you slap him down you win, got it? Keep the Quit Sparky My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/30/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 212 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,120 Amount Saved: $318.00 Life Gained: Days: 28 Hrs: 14 Mins: 11 Seconds: 14
