Last evening I was painting the walls in a bedroom, something I haven't done since I quit. When I was all done and washed up the tray etc. it hit, a craving! I was walking across the kitchen and I stopped dead in my tracks, Wow, I haven't had one in ages, and it wasn't a strong one, more like a thought of "Hey, time for a smoke!"
I laughed out loud at myself, thinking I am so glad I don't have to stop and have a smoke anymore!
So for all you Newbies out there, or folks thinking about it, They do disappear, if you get one, they are mild thoughts, my life is soooooo much better without that awful addiction! :)
