A weekend of thanks for being to get out and see family, do yardwork, go to the gym, and not be tied down. Knowing being smoke free is so much more than a now thing, but a freer future.
Unfortunately seeing my wife's aunt in the hospital for thanksgiving due to lung cancer, and going through radiation, hooked up to IV's and not being able to go to family's house makes the worst days of quitting seem much more easier.
Regardless of how long a quit anyone has, going through the pains now is better than going through the health pains later.
Good Luck to all.
