Your doing fantastic, just a little motherly advice, beware of the post hell and heck week voices, the ones that come out of nowhere, trying to talk you into a cig. You will be cruising through your day, and BAM!, there is this soft voice telling you stories about how you should reward all your hard work and have a cig...just one cig....DON'T LISTEN!!!!! Reward yourself tomorrow and congrats on making it through hell and heck week!!!! Sweet I have gotten along further Than I thought I could. I thought at the beginning I could do this quit whenever I wanted. Then I thought theres a chance I can stay quit. Then I thought dam this is hard why bother and that was all in the first week. Now Im here to say its still dam hard but much easier too. Ive never made it to this point 13.5 days. Im proud I almost have my 2 weeks. Thanks ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 286 Amount Saved: $77.22 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 23 Mins: 13 Seconds: 26

yup still hangin in there. life is alittle crappy right now and im really irritated with some people but i have positive news today also from others. Hey quitting is like a game. You can win , you can lose or you can quit playing. Making the choice is the hard part not the game. But I am 5 hrs from day 13 so looks good that i will have 2 weeks addiction free for the first time in my life.
