deb, you're a girl after my own heart.....what better way to reward yourself than the beach?...even if it's only warm enough for seals :eg: My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 237 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 9,480 Amount Saved: $1,611.60 Life Gained: Days: 33 Hrs: 0 Mins: 38 Seconds: 28

You guys are soooooooooooo great! I love the bear alohakeia-- you have been such a constant source of support. Like a rock you are, girl! And thank you too Sullydog-- you're right-- it is getting a little easier. And thank you too Lainey-- you always have such great words of wisdom. It seems like a no-brainer that that's why it seemed so long, but that didn't even occur to me. Of course, I'm not thinking too well yet :) And thanks to unhooked just for being you. I enjoy the hell out of you! Thanks for being my cheerleader. And thank you too Sparky, Anna and JDK! Your posts and support keep me going. And especially you goofy-- thank you. You are going through this right before I am so I'm always reading your posts pretty carefully for clues to my future (kind of like reading tea leaves-- read goofy's posts) :) My reward was to go to the beach during work hours. It was about 70 today, clear, and the seals were leaping out of the waves on their way to some secret fishy spot. I sat on the edge of the sea and took time to fully appreciate this accomplishment.... and I breathed and breathed and breathed. It was so amazing that it is completely impossible to put it into words. There was no one there but me, the seals, and the fresh sweet smell of the ocean. On to week two. :) Deb My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 192 Amount Saved: $56.16 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 18 Mins: 46 Seconds: 17

Congrats Deb! A week is huge! If you can go a week, you can go forever! It feels longer because it is such an emotional battle! Its like a tennis match in your head between the smoker and the non smoker! Your job is to make sure the non smoker wins! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 253 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,325 Amount Saved: $2,669.15 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 22 Mins: 53 Seconds: 43
