Never thought after 38 years I would be at 30 days smoke free NOPE -
I hope it will get easier from here, but my resolve is to remain a permanent non smoker and make it to the next 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years etc ....... after all I will be living longer now!
