That makes perfect sense, Bear, and it goes right to what so many have said and what has been my experience. If you listen to what you really need and if you really face and deal with stress and adversity in your life, you end up so much stronger and calmer and more confident.
Smoking never did help us to be calm or less stressed. All it did was keep up us from learning how to deal with stress and frustration.
Sometimes, you find yourself in the sand. Take the time to figure out how you got there, where is the best way out & hoe can you stay away form it next time. Or just break out the sunscreen, an umbrella, some good friends & a beer, and have a laugh at your silly self.
