Goofy, Sprquits, Stan, how are you doing? I'm doing alright, still holding strong to the quit. Oh, and Stan, I had to google 3 Musketeers too because I also didn't know who D'artagnan was. LOL! You learn someting new every day...
Work has been really busy for me lately and I am so glad it's Friday! I am in much need of a rest. Yesterday I was so stressed and exhausted by the end of the day. All I wanted was to smoke, plus have a few beers, and maybe eat some greasy french fries and pizza! Oh, and in case you didn't know, I am also trying very hard to stay away from the unhealthy foods and too much beer. Well, when I got home from work, despite my incredible urge to be unhealthy and of course most importantly, to smoke, I went for a run instead. And guess what? It felt great! I escaped a near-slip last night and today I feel that much more proud of myself.
Have a great weekend fellow MusQuiteers, and be strong!
