OK
Today is a new day. Sorry, I couldn't join the treehouse festivities. Had to get up early for work. Tomorrow will be 10 days. I am excited. Today at work at our weekly update meeting, instead of going through what I've been doing at work for the last week, I told everyone I haven't smoked in 9 days. Everyone applauded!! My boss has told me to keep checking in on SSC. It works.
Thanks to all. I feel like I owe a lot to all here. Especially to One more try, and sprquits. After all I've smoked, I can't believe that I feel as good as I do.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
Goofy

Hey guys,
Tonight I 'm sharing the story of my quit with my eighteen year old daughter, and I've introduced her to you all.
She's very happy that I met all of you and that I don't smell so bad anymore.
Thanks to all of you.

hehehe all good for now. Feeling a lot better after spending the whole day reading people's posts and getting support from everyone here :)
Although today I should have been working all day on my talk and not even the green tea has given me the courage to tackle that one. But I'll do it now... it will be a long night, but at least it will be a smoke-free long night :)

hehehehe yep, those who live out in the cold tundra understand what I mean when I say 4C is not too bad at all ;P.
I'm originally from Portugal Goofy so I know what you mean about Florida weather :) Awww, I miss the beach so much!
I don't have a furnace or a fireplace in my little studio OMT but I have been keeping it quite toasty though ;)
Brenna thanks for the reassurance. I know I can do it. Just breathing in and out right now and taking it one hour at a time again.
