Hi Marie,
You are right on target for your 9th day. It is cravings, crying, mood swings, depression; but, What else can we do? This is the journey called quitting a drug addiction. It will get better if you do not feed the addiction. Pamper yourself when you can. Lay on the couch and watch a movie, take aromatherapy baths, use nice lotion, eat some chocolate...just do not smoke. It will get better.
