Kev, you can do whatever keeps you quit. If feeling responsible to us or your family or your friends helps you, then do that.
But don't forget to notice & appreciate all the benefits you get, either. It can't hurt that you feel better, smelll better, have more money, & will live longer. Right?
The emotional part can be really difficult, Kev. You can do it, though, I know you can. Just start by being aware of the times when you're looking for something to hide behind. That's all, just think to yourself, "huh, for a minute therere I almost thought I wanted to smoke. But really, what I want to do is tell this perosn off", or whatever it is. You don't have to DO it, just trecognize what it is.
And I'm kinda with Pen, too, buddy. JFDI, less navel gazing, more getting on with it might be in order now, too.
There is no longer any question that you can do it, Kev. You 've BEEN doing it for 110 days.
