Listen to Martha, you awesome October quitters, you! (This was a very nice thing to do, Martha, you awesome quitter, you ;) )
A group of us who quit last March have a support group within a support group going on here, The march Mellows. I think it's really helped to encourage us along the way. We always know someone cares whether we succeed or not. And there's always someone who is going through similar things in this journey. We've celebrated together, we've cried together, we've laughed together, we've hung on together, and mostly, we've quit together!!!!
It seems like a lot of you have spouses who smoke. Just to let you know, I had a smoker in the house too, and I just got it clear from the start, this quit is mine...all mine, and nothing anyone else does has anything to do with it. And here I am, 7 months smoke free. It really can be done. I wish each of you the best in your own journies.
