Greger, I am sorry to hear of your troubles. Times can be tough, can't they? There are usually people here if you want to talk. And No you don't have to be upbeat all the time. Gregor, Your doing great. I have to say that your feelings may be part of the quit. I know back then problems....moods....depression.....and a little anxiety were exagerated when things of life befell me. I think it is just part of the quit. Your bodies chemistry will clear up and though life's situations are still there you see through the fog more clearly. Hope this helps. Hi Greger, The problems with your business sound serious; but, you are a smart person. You will think of a solution. I hope things get better. And why not have two friends now...they both can come over for dinner on Sundays..why not? What "other" group are you all talking about? It is nice to be entertained. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 156 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,744 Amount Saved: $780.00 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 11 Mins: 44 Seconds: 36

Greger, you have lots of friends here, we all want the best for you. There is always somebody here & as Sue said, the other group provides a great distraction & another way to communicate with your quit buddies. Hang in & always know you are not alone. Hey Greger, glad you posted, that is what we are here for is support. Make sure you follow H.A.L.T. - don't get too hungry, angry, lonely or tired. Stay close to us here or the "other" place, which is very time consuming and entertaining. Look for that open window, I know it is out there whenever a door closes okay? xo Sue My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 178 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,780 Amount Saved: $311.50 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 23 Mins: 27 Seconds: 27

a stew in a pumpkin? Oh my! 'atsa new one on me, gonna hafta google some recipes. For what it's worth, my problems are twofold, one is business, mine appears to be headed into insolvency. Some of you might know that I am very reclusive, I only have one friend who dines with me on Sundays, she has met someone and will no longer be doing so. I am hungry, angry, lonely and tired, also scared and depressed. Not gonna smoke though, NOPE.
