ROFLMAO, Anna. Bears are creatures of habit, so you have to develop another habit that you can look forward to at the end of a meal or a task accomplished.
Maybe the ice cream isn't doing it for you, maybe you need some pie to go with it. Or maybe listen to a favourite CD, look through some old photo albums, something simple & right there, that you like that you can also make a habit of.
