While of sane mind, you have made the rational choice to quit smoking. Dont allow the other voice to convince you that an error in your judgment was made, and that smoking is what you need to keep yourself happy, motivated and entertained. It is you who brings these emotions forward, and it is the side kick that pretends to play a role while dragging you down, down, and further down.
Ive quit and you can too; perhaps though the challenge for some is to remain smoke free. I just remind myself that I CAN LIVE very well without them and you can too.
If I ever think of smoking, only pain enters my mind, there is no joy. Close this chapter in your life and make yourself available to the new frontiers that await you. I have willed smoking to be a distance memory; let the same unfold and happen to you.
Have a tremendous and joyful weekend folks!
