Well... you did 4 months before...you can do it again...(for sure) The big thing is that you learned why you went back before ...as the same reason will more than likely come up again. Failing can have it's place as long as important lessons are really learned. We all know how long it takes to get back into a quit mode once we fail. Protect your quit this time. and...remember.. You don't "got" to quit...you "get" to quit. You can do this.
