I really never gave quitting much of a chance, and the reason being I actually thought I liked smoking. To tell you the truth, I dont really member if I liked to smoke or not. I did it though.
You do something for years and just naturally get use to doing it. It is a reflex reaction, and a habit. And oh what a habit it is! It is a job to quit however a real worthwhile investment.
I count my lucky stars that I accomplished something that I thought I would never, ever attempt. I did believed that I would never, ever quit smoking.
Stay the course with me. We will quit and stay quit along with the other 1,300,000 world wide quitters each year. That is a lot of people. If they can do it, we too can do it.
Be grateful and as Mercy would say you get to quit.
I know now that I really enjoy not smoking. This is a pleasant thought!
