Oh Aloha,
Of course if somebody lapses they can come back and I will adjust their stats!
I'd rather they didn't though..

Aloha,
Good points here. I too am hesitant to just add people when they join because the most common lapse time is day 1-3.
It is impossible to monitor eveybody who may lapse and I'm sure I have many on my database who have returned to smoking.
However, the whole point of this is to highlight those quitters who are doing so well and the List is to remind everybody to congratulate them
All the best :)

Mr Ed
I appreciate you :)
I'm wondering if people hesitate to join the quit list before they are fully committed to their quits. Or they're just not "joiners"? Or they don't recognize that rewards are important (I know I didn't at first).
One more question - if someone slips or relapses, can they let you know to remove their name, and if they come back, they certainly can rejoin the quit list, right?

Be sure to know that we really appreciate this extra time and effort!
This is a great way to validate your quit and it really does feel good to see your name in lights!
Thanks Mr. Ed,

OK New Quitters, here's the deal...
I keep a database of Quitters' names and quit dates. When you're celebrating a quit of say 1 week, 10 days, 1 month, 100 days etc, your name will appear on a daily Quit List; the idea being that it serves as a reminder to your Quit Buddies that congratulations and a party is in order!
All you have to do is post here and I'll add your details to the Quit Database!
