Contentment is the feeling I did not stop smoking while I was young perhaps you found yourself in that same boat as I. I kept putting if off and putting in off; thinking oh another five years wont hurt. I recall the numbers I will quit at 25, 30, 35, ok 40 is as far as Im going to go, 45 ok 50 is right around the corner I will quit then, 55, stuff happens! The addiction, the crutch is taxing to get past however that first week will tell you whether you are ready, or you need to do more homework to prepare for the journey. What lies ahead are a series of situations or events to overcome, pass them and you move towards Go. One day, oh no many days, you will look back on your adventure and say I really did do it. I cant believe this! Contentment is the feeling that 1,300,000 new quitters have each year.
