Difficult Night

Hang in there Rachele! I am currently going through the same thing and it's so frustrating. The only reason I'm on this site tonight is because I had a mild panic attack while typing a paper for school. I also talk back to myself but it's not as effective as I'd like it to be. I think I am going to have to get a self-help tape or something because I'm tired of being this way.

Hi, anyone out there? Don't know why but tonite is a difficult night. Why is it that I can feel the anxiety starting to fade for a few days, start to sleep better and everything, then WHAM! all of a sudden I feel all knotted up again? I do talk back to myself when I start feeling like this so why over time doesn't it sink in and wipe out my anxiety? Isn't that what they teach in cognitive behavioral therapy, to address your fears? Uuggghhh, its so exhausting. Rachele
