A35 - I think it was around about 80 days or so, towards the end of the day it hit me that I hadn't thought about smoking all day, but I think it will vary by quitter. I have quit so many times I was quite comfortable in this quit!

A34 - I focus on my quit, but feel bad for those who have a relapse. We all know how hard it is to stop smoking and seeing others fall down makes us worry about ourselves and our own commitment. I'm not worried anymore, I'm dedicated to changing my life.
