Nothing "minor" about a month, Carlos!! I'm really happy for you... I always sensed how badly you wanted this, and when you fell off the last time, I could really feel your disappointment! It's hard sometimes, in the beginning, but it gets easier after a while... and eventually, it's almost as though you had never smoked at all. It will get to that point Carlos! Just keep doing what you're doing, and you'll discover for yourself!! Keep your eyes on the prize! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 214 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,350 Amount Saved: $1,979.50 Life Gained: Days: 34 Hrs: 10 Mins: 57 Seconds: 10

The news from the doctor is great. I love to walk. The fresh air, time for a little meditation, and getting healthier with each step. Sometimes my husband goes with me and when he can't I go alone. Good shoes, my friend. I had a doctors appointment yesterday and he told me that my lungs are better, and also said that it is required to exercise in open spaces to breath fresh air and if possible to walk everyday. Great job Carlos, Remember...it is baby steps. It would be nice if the whole ordeal was accomplished much faster....but alas...it is little by little. The only way to get there is by doing just what your doing. Don't smoke. great job Mercy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 256 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,120 Amount Saved: $1,144.32 Life Gained: Days: 33 Hrs: 16 Mins: 18 Seconds: 23
