Hi, Kait! I know what you mean about just dropping out of sight after taking up the smokes again. I did that too. The whole time I was out there poisoning myself some more, I kept thinking about this place and all of the great people here. I am very glad I have come back. I'm using the patches, but have heard alot of great things about those little blue pills. You are off to a great start! As for all your great advice? Its still great advice. Now we just have to listen to ourselves more. Hang in there. :)ttin. Hello all, It's been awhile, since January I think, and Yes I started smoking again when I changed jobs for those that remember me. This was back in January. It wasn't an alien abduction, or a kidnapping or anything like that, I just bought a pack of cigs, all by myself, and lit one up. That was that...now it's 9 months later, approximately 300 packs of cigs smoked since then and I'm sitting here at home working on my first smoke free day since then. I'm using Chantix, so I have no patch or nicoteen replacement, just this little blue pill I take twice and day and so far so good. I feel bad that I just dropped off the face of the earth in the forum when I started smoking, but to be honest, I was embarressed. All my big talk about NEVER smoking again, giving advice, trying to help, and I was smoking again. As I went through the process of trying to quit again, this website was on my mind alot. So much GREAT information and AWESOME support, that I knew if I was going to be successful, I needed the people in here. So I'm smoke free almost one day and I'm glad to see this website again. It's like coming home! Kait
