[color=blue]Speaking of which, the New Years quitters just passed the 250-day mark. *Deep contented sigh* I finally feel like I�m well and truly done with this quitting business. There will be no slips, no mistakes. I�m done with smoking forever.
I sat down one day and made a list of those jewels of wisdom that helped me to quit. I found each and every one of those jewels right here, scattered around the floor of this message board, just laying there in plain site for anyone to see.
