Doodles - I don't know what it is about the 3's...but they seem to have hit alot of us - 3 weeks, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days...who knows how our minds work! I don't know if I can offer any advice...but for a major part of my quit I quite envied (and sometimes resented) those people who had kind, gentle quits. I ranted and raved, whined and cried and scratched my way through each step and, then somehow at some point, I realized that it wasn't nearly as hard anymore. (I wish I could tell you when that was...although I don't think there was a magical day) It's like grieving and, all of a sudden, you get through the day without being sad.
Keep reading, keep posting, keep going and know that there are better days ahead.
