Have to answer this one .... for me quitting smoking was very painful. In other words when I quit I thought I would die.... it was so hard. This goes with my personnality ,I am intense, I analyse and I get to the bottom of things too much ...... that's me. I accept it and have learnt to deal with it. What saved me is my determination, had to see it through like all else, once I took the decision nothing would stop me, smoking is not an option. So I think hard easy, medium, medium rare, depends on who you are. As long as you get the results in the end it doesn't matter. the beauty of it is we're all unique and deal with things in our own way. What counts is that we do it in the end. So don't smoke, it's bad for you LOL. Great bunch of quitters here I must say.
