Thanks everyone! Greatly appreciate all the kind words. Had my chinese take-out, and it was GOOD! LOL! I can't believe that I went this whole day and didn't even THINK about a cigarette. Wanting one didn't even cross my mind. Ready for the next bit of good news? My brother called me earlier today. {He's 10 years older than myself and smoked since high school.} He had just heard about my quit and wanted to know how many days I had, was it rough, etc. Then told me that he was going to put them down as well! WooHoo! I'm excited for him! Thanks again everyone. I'll be back as usual with another update later! LOL!
