you can do this phoenix. If you need to sleep extra hours, go ahead and do that. You need to pamper yourself...the first 2 weeks, especially. Go to the movie theater, or the library, or lay in bed..., as lady says, kick, scream, cry, break plates, whatever you have to do, but don't smoke!!! That is the only way (unfortunately) that we will ever get free from this addiction...one minute at a time. You will be a non smoker if you do not light that next cig.
