hi all, just thought I w ould note down some thoughts as i realise I have not smoked almost m5,00 cigarettes.
That is a lot os nicotine ,that is not in my lungs
Feeling much better health wise, can breathe, don't have coughs any more
I no longer smell like an old ashtray, and it is great not to be worrying about when i could slip outfor a smoke.
This site has been wonderfully helpful to me, At first I practically lived here.
