Lolo! Are you getting back on? It sure looks like you learned a hard lesson. I hope you're still with us, you know it's a lot easier if you get back on your quit right after a slip instead of later. We're right where you left us, whenever you decide to come back. Smoking is not going to make it better.- you just might have to go through withdrawl AGAIN!! Smoking is not going to calm you down.- actually it will make your heart race, might make you sick to your stomach, and may make you lightheaded and dizzy! Smoking is not the answer to the situation!- you know that you need to distract yourself. You know that you need to shoo those thoughts away. After the smoke is gone the "Stress" will still be there!! SHOO thoughts shoo!! Take it one day at a time, One minute at a time, one second at a time!
